What is the Return & Exchange Policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@lemarsmattressconnect.com with details of the product purchased and pictures of the defect. Once the information is received and confirmed we will personally contact you to schedule an exchange. Exchanges due to comfort level will require a $150 fee. Things that disqualify from the comfort level exchange are: abnormal smell, stains & tears. All returns/ exchanges are required to be submitted by email within 7 days of purchase

What Are The Delivery Fees?

We offer FREE delivery for all addresses within 15 miles of Rex, GA (zip code 30273). For locations outside of this radius, the delivery fee ranges depending on location. The average is $75. For the exact fee, please text your address to 470-952-6820.

What about my old mattress?

No need to worry about disposing of your old mattress. We'll take it away for a small fee of $25 per item. NOTE: We have a one for one item disposal policy. If there are signs of mold, blood or infestation your items will not be disposed of. This fee will be collected upon arrival.

Do you set up my order, or drop it at the door?

We hand-deliver and assemble your mattress and box spring in the room of your choice with our White Glove Delivery service. Adjustable base setup fee is $150. Just sit back, relax, and let us do the hard work!

How does delivery work?

Our delivery partners will call you with a two-hour time window the day before your chosen delivery date. If you need to cancel, you won’t be charged a fee.
